In the rare event that you experience a quality issue, please contact the Concierge right away Images or video clearly showing the problem must be provided within a week of delivery, along with a detailed description and a photograph of your full packing slip. This slip is required in order to rectify any issues. Refunds or credits are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case by case basis.ย HighbrowLabย conducts strict quality control processes where orders are checked and verified before being processed and packed. If an issue is determined, we will do our best to satisfactorily resolve the matter at hand.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโ€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once weโ€™ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโ€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
