Deposit and Booking
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is subtracted from the total service price and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule or change your appointment please email email@example.com or give us a call at (949) 788-0877. Appointments must be booked at least a month in advance to ensure proper pre-procedure steps are adhered too.
Results Are Not Guaranteed
Healed results will vary with each individual client and procedure. We do not have control over what occurs during the healing process and we highly recommend following the aftercare instructions to ensure the best result. HighbrowLab offers no guarantee for healed results.
Previous Permanent Makeup
If you have had previous permanent makeup and are interested in a cover up, you must email clear photos prior to booking your appointment. We will not accept clients with previous permanent makeup without reviewing prior.
Cancellation and Late Policy
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled following 48 hours will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee and a loss of deposit.
If you arrive more than twenty minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment time. You will lose your deposit and will be required to pay another deposit to reschedule your appointment.
Payment and Refunds
Our prices are subject to change at any time. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept checks. We do not refund any services that is provided at HighbrowLab Studio.
All permanent makeup procedures include one Color Refresh session 2 - 6 months after the initial procedure. We recommend to schedule additional Color Refreshes every 1 - 1.5 years. If client fails to book a Color Refresh in the 2-6 month timeframe, an additional fee will be charged.
